High risk and possible twins

I have the terminal illness Cystic Fibrosis. I am super tiny from malnutrition, not that I don't eat, I do, but my body doesn't absorb it like normal people. I had my first ultrasound Monday and they said things were great but called me in for another ultrasound on tuesday. I'm terrified at this point thinking I have a tumor. Well I didn't, they thought they saw a second amniotic sack. Identical twins run in my family so I wants super surprised but not fraternal. They have said if it is fraternal I may have to selectively terminate one of my babies if my body doesn't do it for me. So fingers crossed, say a prayer, send out vibes that it's not twins and I can have just one happy healthy baby!

Ps. I'm really confused by your doctors comment to have to terminate if they're "fraternal". Especially since di/di twins can still be identical and mo/di & mo/mo twins are a higher risk than di/di. Though I have no experience with cystic fibrosis and how that could impact your pregnancy.
^just want to add in that I'm not questioning, I'm just honestly curious and trying to understand what the doctor is saying exactly. My thoughts and prayers are with you!
