Just inquiring...**update :'( believe this is goodbye

Hi all, I'm a little nervous. I started spotting today (lightly, barely pink really similar to a bladder infection) and there are little pains (but not cramp like) in my low low abdomen. This is my first pregnancy and I'm unfamiliar with bad signs. Does this sound like I should be worried
at all?
Update, unfortunately I encountered some dark blood earlier and am now at the hospital where I have since experienced a lot of blood and cramps. They've taken blood but I believe this is goodbye. I wish everyone well in their pregnancies and hope to be here again soon...

And I had serious wanted to kill myself cramping with my first pregnancy. This time around, it's not as bad, but it's on par with bad period cramps. Uncomfortable, but nothing to worry about as far as I can tell.
If you're really worried about the spotting + cramps, feel free to call your OB's nurse line for some advice - that's what they're there for!
