Very painful breasts

Hi ladies--

With my first pregnancy, my breasts were a bit tender in the first trimester, but then were fine for the rest of my pregnancy. Now, with my second, they have hurt the entire time, and it is not getting any better. My nipples are swollen and constantly erect, even if when I'm outside in 90 degree weather! It is to the point now, that even when they are pushing against my bra it hurts. It seems to be the worst at night when I am trying to sleep. Anybody else experienced this? Any suggestions on how to alleviate some of the pain?

    I was a 44H before I became pregnant. My breasts are about twice the size they normally are now at 27 weeks tomorrow. Sore boobs.... I feel you girl! I have to lift mine up and set then down when I get in bed.
