A pregnant coworker just told me that her doctor advised her to eat peanuts or peanut butter almost every day to reduce the risk of her baby developing the allergy. So I looked into it and found this article that supports this:

Has anyone else heard of this or done this?

Edited to add @kyleneum13 I just saw your post said almost the same thing. My bad!!!
