Sperm Test/ Freezing in preparation for IUI and inofolic query

Hi-

This Friday my DH is going to have his sperm tested and frozen - we are not always in the same country so my Doctor suggested that we freeze the sperm.

I'm praying it goes well an he had good sperm - he used to be into body building and the side effects of tostesterone which they use to beef up can effect sperm - however he's stopped for 4 months now.

My Doctor put me on inofolic (pregnitude) and has asked me to take this first before we start clomid and start on IUI.

Anyone know any success stories from inofolic ?

Hi, I have no experience with Pregnitude, but I'm sure that quite a few have on the Infertility board. Good luck with your husband's SA.

Thanks I hope it's not a waste of money it cost us $400 for 6 months supply - I mean money is not at the front of my mind however u don't want to waste it considering the future cost we could be potentially facing

Got the results from my DH sperm analysis and the results came back swimmingly well so that's one less thing to worry about.

So we hard a sample frozen for when we need to start to IUI that was $700.

But well worth it.
