Normal?

I have been so nervous this past week because of some discharge I was having. Today I had an ultrasound and the lady said she didn't see anything causing the discharge so it was probably just old blood being pushed out. We saw a baby and a heartbeat. Tomorrow I am to go back in for an appointment (they couldn't do the ultrasound and appointment both for some reason). Got a call when I got home asking if I could come in at 1 for another ultrasound because they want to see the heartbeat since it's too early to hear it on the Doppler. I'm hoping nothing is wrong but now I'm worried because it seems odd that they want to do another ultrasound supposedly just to see the heartbeat... Idk maybe this is normal? I went from feeling relieved to nervous again.

    It's possible that they just forgot to record some information or take the proper measurements.

    Thats kind of weird, I havnt heard of that. Maybe they didnt get measurements correctly and want you to come back in for that and just dont want to say? Im sorry, I wish I had more to say to make you feel better.IIt would freak me out too but Hey! At least you get to see the little bean again! Good luck and keep us posted!

    I would be nervous, too, but maybe they just didn't get the info they wants like the others said.

    They had to redo one of mine on Monday because one of the pictures came thru blurry. Probably nothing but good luck anyways!

    Thanks! Good to hear this. Definitely nervous.. And confused since they said it was because too early to hear on the heart on Doppler.
