Hard lump under left side of chest.?.

Hi mamas I'm 34 weeks + 1 day. Since yesterday I felt a hard lump under the left side of my boob. At first I didn't think much of it. But now when I sit up even eating dinner at the dinner table is painful. It feels like I can't breathe good. & my heart beats faster. I tried calling my OB doctor 2 hrs ago but of course I got a rude nurse that had an attitude with me & made it seem like my concern was crazy. she said she would get the message to him. I haven't heard anything yet and they close in 7 mins just great!. So do any of you ladies know what it could be? It feels almost as if part of her is ontop of my ribs. Is that possible even?.

OK ladies surprisingly my doctor called me back he seen my message. tmi buti haven't gone #2 in 2 days. He said the lump is my bowel. He said as baby gets bigger all your intestines move up & that's the side my poop maker is on.

One of my clients is a head nurse at a local hospital. I was marveling with her about how all of our organs squish up during pregnancy. I was confused about where our intestines end up though bc from the pic I saw.... They were hidden. She said they pretty much go wherever they can. Some end up pushed to the back, some end up pushed around organs. I envision it's like when you are full... There is still room for jello bc it just fills the spaces left over lol. No wonder it takes 3 days to crap.
