Cramping?

i get woken up early in the morning with intense cramping that feels like it's coming from my right kidney. She's been hanging out on the right side for a few months now. Anyone else having this issue? If so, what have you done to stop it?

Depends what is causing the pain. Could be round ligament in which case laying on my side with a pillow for support under my belly really helped.

Be careful though. I'd call the hospital to be on the safe side. Especially if the pain is severe and hasn't eased up!

I wake up some nights with what feels like intense period cramps in my lower abdomen and back but I have been associating them with Braxton hicks since they go away after a little while
