I have no issues eating salads, but my issue is that I do not feel full no matter how big my salad is. I usually put spinach, crumble up some deli cheese, deli turkey (that I warm up), and grape tomatoes. What am I doing wrong??
Confession: I just ordered myself TWO treats at Dairy Queen! First time but I couldn't decide, so small blizzard and small Orange Julius for me and baby! lol

Hmmm I make my salads with cold boiled potatoes and eggs, plus sometimes some chickpeas and walnuts and I marinate and grill chicken breasts. Delicious. Try using avocado and stuff too. Nice and rich and filling!
