I am currently using disposable diapers and thinking of switching to cloth diapering. I was hoping to get some input from other cloth diaper moms on which brands you liked/disliked. My baby boy is about 14/15lbs and 11weeks old.
My little one is 13 weeks old and weighs about 12.5 lbs. We use BumGenius 4.0 pockets with snaps and I love them. We use cloth wipes at home but daycare prefers disposable wipes to use with the cloth diapers. I'm so glad we decided to cloth diaper.
Softbums during the day )bamboo inserts) and thirties Duo or a thirstiest cover with a thirstiest duo insert at night. Thirties are bullet proof I swear.

It's a resale forum but OMG the information on that forum is amazing! And they are always willing to help out newbies. I'm cloth diapering my second. They helped so much.
Also, a couple things I've learned .
Tide Original detergent is perfectly okay for your diapers. Any brand. I tried every other type of natural crunchy cloth safe detergent .. Literally everything. Had major problems! We have very hard water though. So you may have better luck with other detergents that are cloth approved.
If you use Tide, you need to rinse it a trillion times lol. But it's worth it! And even if you don't use tide. Rinse, rinse, rinse. You won't have to strip your diapers ever if you rinse them enough. On the last rinse/agitation of the cycle if you see any soap suds then rinse again!
Sun dry your diaper inserts (or if you use AIOs the whole diaper) as often as possible. Kills bacteria and keeps them nice and white
Air dry your covers, but occasionally a short tumble in the dryer might help leaking issues. But it's not good for the PUL to do that very often.
