I'm 17 weeks and still hate all veggies, it's horrible. I used to be such a better eater but now I feel like all I eat are carbs and ice cream. Any one else still struggling with food?
I had a hard time with all veggies for awhile but at 16 weeks I'm only really having a problem with Brussel sprouts. Just seeing them makes me want to gag immediately.
I haven't even tried to eat veggies since I puked them up at about 10 weeks. Throwing up carrots and broccoli is the worstttt. Bleh! Fruit I'm gooooood with though. I love my protein/fruit smoothies in the morning.
Im a really picky eater so I have never liked any veggies and only like a couple kinds of fruit. I told my midwife that at my first appointment and she said to make sure I'm taking my prenatals and if the baby starts to measure too big or too small she will talk to me about my eating habits then. Pizza, butterfingers and mexican food are my faves right now!
Try drinking naked juice green machine tastes like pineapples and bananas and it's packed with heathy stuff don't let the color turn you off its amazing and good for you and baby I lived off that stuff when my nausea was at its peak
I used to eat a salad every day for lunch, since becoming pregnant I have not had one salads. I am finding cooked veggies easier now so long as there is lots of butter. I also cover the veggies in mashed potatoes.
Me too, I just substitute with fruit, eat what I can Which is baked sweet potatos and salad drenched in ranch dressing, take my prenatal supplement, and call it good.
I can't eat uncooked things with leaves. Carrots, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, celery stalks, I'm all good. I can eat cooked spinach if it's in things, but I can't do salads.

That's so random, I'm having issues with brussels sprouts as well. I'm luckily not pukey, but I have zero interest in eating them. I usually make these once a week because DH loves them, but I had to stop because the minute I eat one, I lose my appetite completely.

Naked juices are not really healthy. Deceptively high in processed sugars and does not contain natural ingredients and fruits as it claims https://factually.gizmodo.com/some-naked-juice-contains-more-sugar-than-pepsi-1608055282
I've been eating some veggies, but not a variety as I should. I'll buy a salad elsewhere, but the thought of making my own is unappealing lately.
You could also try making your own smoothies and adding powdered greens. Apple juice (unsweetened), a banana, and the fruits of your choice + the powder makes a yummy smoothie.
I'll be 20 weeks on Sunday and I just started craving some veggies. Carbs are always something I want, but veggies finally seem appealing to me again! Maybe it'll happen in a few weeks. In the meantime, you can try to get down vegetable juice or at least plenty of fruits.
