  Call your pediatrician!! And see what they tell you to do leave a voice mail till they open the office.

  I'm not sure what you can do without going out other than humidifier or steam (run shower and have baby in the bathroom with door closed). Or call your pediatrician for other ideas.

  Do you have a nasal aspirator? Instead of saline use breast milk, and then use the aspirator to suck out anything you can from the nose.

  I didn't have anything, i called my husband and we rushed to the hospital.
  
  turns out because her nose has been blocked for a while she's been breathing with her mouth open which caused a minor infection, it can also be caused by baby crying too much cause her mouth would be open here too, a messege to those who support CIO!
  
  Doctor gave me saline drops for her nose and some drops for her throat.
  
  When he checked her he said she is so bloated and gassy and told me i need to regulate her feeding and burp her for 20 minutes after each feed, taught me a way but i don't know how to hold her that way for 20 minutes so i'm gonna google other ways and just make sure i get a good 20 minutes.
  
  
  I thought i'd let you guys know in case someone went through the same thing they would find the answer, i was beyond panicky yesterday!

  My 2 week old had what sounded like some chest congestion. My brother who is a 3rd year med student recommended to do light taps on his chest to loosen up phlegm since they don't know how to clear it themselves. It worked for us, but it wasn't anything severe to begin with.
