Don't feel pregnant?

This is my first pregnancy and I'm 5w6d pregnant according to my ultrasound (suppose to be 8ws by my last period) and I don't feel pregnant. No symptoms besides cramps and very little soreness in my boobs. Is this normal?

  • I'm in the same boat as you. I actually don't feel very confident in this pregnancy because of it. I feel 100% normal.

@E3A7AGGIE im the same way. We were so excited when we got the positive tests but now I'm freaking out because I don't feel pregnant. I'm not very confident in this pregnancy either.
  • @HBirdie and @magnumJ thank you! I feel a little better now.
  • @arialavonne ... I know what you mean!! I definitely agree with the others that it is still early. And I had symptoms with the baby I did miscarry, so symptoms don't mean 'good' necessarily either. Im just trying to appreciate feeling good, and praying for the best! :) It's all you can do!

  • I am mainly just tired. Looking forward to feeling sick! :) Sometimes it takes a while for symptoms to kick in.

I'm mostly just tired, but I don't even feel like that everyday. Otherwise, I feel pretty normal. I POAS before a party last weekend because it feels so surreal I thought maybe it wasn't true and I could have a drink at the party ;). Nope, I'm still pregnant :)

I agree with the other ladies. Everyone is different with pregnancies just take care of yourself and enjoy the rest of the pregnancy.
  • Dude, enjoy lack of symptoms, seriously. Because this will get much more fun later...seriously and sarcastically. I'm constantly worried I'm going to get symptoms lol. I don't want them!

  • This is my first pregnancy and so far at 4w5d the biggest symptom I've had is fatigue. I have never slept so much in my life! Some cramping which always worries me and I thought I cried easily before, but this is ridiculous! I'll blubber uncontrollably at anything remotely sad. But no breast tenderness and no sickness so that's nice :) I'll take uncontrollable crying over throwing up any day!
  • I am the same! I just got my BFP (very faint) yesterday. I had classic implantation bleeding, sore breasts, backache, nausea.... but most of the symptoms have subsided since yesterday morning. I read that's normal because of the progesterone surge? Any body have anything similar? I am trying to stay positive (pun intended)!!
  • I'm in the same boat! Apart from have two days of mild nausea just before getting my BFP, I haven't had any symptoms. I'm only at 4 weeks now though. From what I remember, I didn't really have any symptoms until about 6 weeks when I was pregnant with my twins. I'm sure once the symptoms kick in in full force, I'll feel differently, but for now I would love to have something to reassure me :)

I too feel completely normal, if I had to pick a symptom I would say I'm a little fatigue, and felt a bit of back pain but if I didn't know I was pregnant I wouldn't think anything of either. I am trying to be grateful for the lack of symptoms because I read 70% start to fee them at 6 weeks and 90% at 8 (I'm 5w 4d). I'm happy to read all these posts and feel normal! Thanks ladies!
  • I feel normal about 99% of the time lately. But in the middle of "normal" yesterday, I had to run to the bathroom at the mall because I thought I was about to puke lol! Normal is ok!

  • I feel the same! I wouldn't worry about it. We are still early. I'm sure in a couple weeks we will both feel very pregnant!
  • I feel the same! The only reason I know is because I still have no period, the test was positive, and my boobs are sore. Crossing my fingers that I don't get hit with horrible nausea!
  • I have a really sore chest at night and in the morning but besides that - I don't feel much and I'm 6 weeks. I have moments where I feel queasy but not to the point of throwing up. Part of me is wishing I was throwing up! How sick is that?

I'm also really tired but am off from work so it's hard to tell since my schedule is all off.
