  Yep. Go to the drugstore and buy some nursing pads, otherwise your bras will stain. Mine went through my bra to my shirt.

  Worse, I was at work, and one of my co workers pointed out the wet spots right where my nipples were and said "your boobs are leaking."
  Talk about wanting to hide under a rock.

  I'm sorry, yes it happens. At least you know they work!. Buy some pads and keep on trucking momma. Almost there!

  YUP! I have had the same thing happen to me - only on one side! I got some pads and that helps!

  I don't want to offend/upset anyone but want to ask:
  Does anyone have tips on how to prevent leakage and breast milk from coming in-
  I'm formula feeding and would love to avoid leakage. I can't find anything on the Internet...

  @troopersmom try looking up "breast binding for lactation suppression". That's what one of the docs I work for suggests.
