Since I found out I was pregnant I have been doing a prenatal yoga video and walking a lot.
I want to run, but Google said that running is only okay if you did it before you were pregnant. I wasn't a super consistent runner before pregnancy so I am worried that I shouldn't do it now.
Also I really want to go for a bike ride, but Google said that it wasn't safe because a pregnant belly throws off your center of balance and you have a higher risk of falling. However, I am only 4 weeks pregnant so do you think it is okay?
What workouts are you doing while pregnant?
Re: What workouts are okay?
I pinned this the other day too and it has some good suggestions.

Don't go out and train for a marathon if you weren't already doing so.
Don't hop on a bike if you haven't ridden since you were 12.
I found that I didn't get uncomfortable on a bike until the end of my first trimester, when I started to feel like I was squishing my uterus. I'm sure I wasn't hurting the baby, but I found more comfortable things to do.
Mild exercises like walking and swimming are good. That being said, swimming gave me serious braxton hicks contractions last time around, so I had to give that up. So it's really about how you feel individually. Listen to your body, and adapt as necessary.

I rode a bike until mid-second tri last time, but I biked a LOT and was very comfortable with it.
Talk to your doc and stay within your comfort level is my best advice.
