brown spots like freckles appear on both my hands, anyone have this too?

I did some research and found it might be due to hormones, but I'm still nervous and scare it might be skin cancer. I'm only 31 so it can't be age spot. Does anyone here have freckle like spots too?

    I had them a couple years ago.. did a biopsy and they were just raised blood vessels. Ended up going away months later. Still have the scar though.
