  Green curry Thai chicken and veggies on rice. My husband wanted to make it and I was thinking it sounded a little heavy, but these threads make me hungry so now I'm feeling it. Well done, ladies.

  @SassetteSmurfling do it! My hub's bday is Wednesday and I told him he is getting an ice cream cake whether he likes it or not I am sure it will be my dinner too in a few days haha

  @emmacake08 yum! I have had "raw brownies" made from dates at an organic restaurant that I am addicted to...these must be similar. They also make chickpea truffles, which are to die for!

  I had a mixture of food. Mac n cheese, pizza, meatballs, apples, grapes, banana pudding, chips and salsa,cucumbers, and something wrapped in bacon! We do a pot luck at my church every first Sunday of the month.

  We hosted a fish fry at our house and made the fresh walleye my husband just caught. Paired with macaroni salad, corn and potatoes! Cold Stone ice cream cake for dessert...so good. If I didn't have a bunch of company I definitely would have finished the last 2 pieces of cake!

  We were going to have balsamic pork in the crock pot tonight (so easy, healthy, and delicious); however when I opened the pork to put it in I could smell some sort of seasoning and looked and I accidentally bought terriyaki pork!! Soooo looks like we are having terriyaki pork in the crock pot tonight instead.
