Do babies like the side to side or gliding style movement of swings better?

I am a second time mom, and my first hated swings. I really hope my September baby can be soothed by a swing, since I will have two to care for now. Which do babies like more? I am thinking about the Graco glider swing, or the Fisher-Price cradle and swing. Any other suggestions? I really need something that can be found cheaply ($60 or less) on Craigslist, because all our money right now is going into our HSA to save for our birth.

I have one that does both motions. It is made by fisher price and I got it for $99 off of amazon. All babies are different so a swing that does both is probably your best bet.

Luv u 2 zoo swing by fisher price is about thAt price and my baby loves it and falls asleep with it easier than my mamaroo (which does side to side motion only.)
