First ultrasound- yolk and sac

has anyone else had their first ultra sound? I went in on Friday and saw the yolk and sac but have to wait two more weeks for heartbeat.... I'm driving myself insane. 2 1/2 years TTC really makes my nerves on edge!

    The waiting for the docs, heart rate and etc is so darn hard! I'm not convinced I'm pregnant until I see it on the u/s

    Mom of one adorable little boy and excited to do this again.

    2.5 years of TTC would make anyone crazy! Happy that you're this far along now. :-)

    I hate early ultrasounds for this reason. Waiting thru the first trimester milestones is very tough! Hope time flies for you and you can have a big sigh of relief at your next ultrasound.

    Mine is on the 17th, I keep taking tests to make sure a line shows up. 5 years ttc makes you crazy

    Thanks ladies. I'm definitely going crazy. I have the heart beat ultrasound on the 19th. But my symptoms keep coming and going and that is making me a wreck!

    My ultrasound is on the 18th. According to the doctor's office I should be 8 weeks and 2 days. When you all say you are "this many weeks" are you using your calculation or the doctor's?

    @rallytally as of right now I'm using my calc based on my LMP. I will have my ultrasound at 8 weeks based on that but they will adjust my edd based on baby's measurements. I'm fairly confident in my edd but I don't know for sure when I ovulated so I could be a little off. Last time I was spot on with my LMP.
