Re: Fabulous Friday!!!

  • No drinking here.. If I could drink I would be drinking an ice cold beer while sitting down by the water!

My weekend consists of cleaning the house tomorrow and than going to a fundraiser/gather for the family of a friend of mine who passed away in October.  Sunday I have to work and than having a birthday dinner for my mother.  So lots going on but all good stuff!

    Happy weekend to all!

@hooligans4, fingers crossed for a great beta #!!!!!

  • Today, I've got a bunch of work to do, since all my time Friday got sucked up with a long RE appointment (well, long time in the waiting room), and scurrying around to different pharmacies to find one with femara in stock.

But I had a blast on Friday night and Saturday.  I sing with a women's chorus, and we closed out our season with a concert loaded with pop and Broadway songs, along with a whole Disney medley.  Which may sound cheesy, but when it's a ton of songs that you sang like crazy as a kid, it's really fun.  I mean, I was a nut about Little Mermaid, and here I got to sing "I wanna be where the people are. I wanna see, wanna see them dancing!"

So it was fun.  And since it's a big diverse group of women, a lot of them have been through TTC, so I found a lot of support there.  Coming down off a high, now.

And I'm okay that I didn't join the bad girls who sneaked a bottle of wine into the dressing room during intermission last night, because I totally can't drink and sing!
