well we spent another night at children's hospital on Tuesday. His home health nurse came that morning and took his temperature and said he had 100.7. She then called his PCP and she told us to head there asap.
We got there and he didnt have a fever anymore. They decided to do blood work anyways just to make sure he didn't have anything wrong.
2 hours of being poked and having his arm squeezed so hard that his whole arm was a giant purple bruise (he has extremely small veins like me) to start blood work and an awful X-ray later, he was fine. They wanted him to stay the night anyway just to be sure he didn't spike another fever.
We were placed in the "isolation" room right across from the room he had be in the week after birth. It was crazy.
But he's doing much better! He's just a little sick with a cold. He's 9 pounds and 12 ounces now! And one month and a day old! I can't believe it's been a month already.
