First child and am scared

I am 18 weeks and 6 days but my belly isn't showing should I be worried???

    If your doc/mw isn't concerned then 'no'.  18w is not that far along particularly for a FTM.  I remember two people telling me they had no idea I was pregnant and I was 30w pregnant with my first.  DD was 7lb15oz and perfectly healthy, I wouldn't worry!

    No need to worry, after 20 weeks they will start measuring your fundal height since that is when most people really start to show.

    I'm also 18 weeks and you can barely tell I'm pregnant. My belly is growing up top for some reason but where baby is there's hardly anything there. I constantly lay down to feel my hard mini bump where my uterus is just to reassure myself that's she's still there. As long as doctor says you're ok you'll be fine.

    I'm a FTM too and I know that women show their bumps differently and at different times. If your doctor says you and your baby are normal and healthy, I wouldn't worry about it.

    I'm 19w and I barely show. You can't even tell I'm pregnant. My doc told me I probably will not show til I'm 24-26w.
