There aren't alot that work in English, there are more of Arabic origin, but I wouldn't recommend doing that unless that is part of you or your SO's heritage
My sons preschool buddy has a sister whose name begins with Z and she goes by ZsuZsu (ZuZu?) which I love! Not sure which traditional name works though, and I'm a big believer in traditional names, then fun nicknames! Sorry, not much help!

Zara
Zaharina
Zelda
Zenaida
Zenia
Zephyrine
Zenovia
Zinnia
Zora
What does this mean? Why wouldn't you recomend it unless it is part of their heritage? Do you have something against Middle Eastern people?
I plan on having twin girls after this baby. (It's just my dream) Probably won't happen but twins run in my family!
I plan on naming them
Zeppelin and Zephyr
(:
Even if I have one baby next, even if it's a boy, I'm going to name him/her Zephyr.
I love the name.

No, I find it disrespectful when people take names from a culture or heritage they are not a part of.

People do it all the time. Zoe is Greek and that had been mentioned in this thread a few times. Zara is Arabic. All names come from some heritage or culture. You shouldn't identify one group of ethnic people if you feel this way.
Re: Name suggestions for girl starting with Z
Then there's like Zinnia, Zeta, Zelda, Zita, etc.
Z is a tough one!
