We're about halfway there, and getting to know one another. There have been some complaints about so many negative threads, so I am starting a positive one.

What bumpie has shown great support or given you good information? Let's pat ourselves on the back a bit...

Off the top of my head I can't pick just one, but despite the threads that turn negative or are controversial hot button issues, I get a lot of support and overall positivity from this board-- which is what brings me back daily.
Disagreement is a part of life and watching the women on here who intelligently state their opinions and reasoning without resorting to flaming is inspiring.

Agreed! I think it's a good thing when you see a post asking to call out positive, supportive people and your first thought is "I can't! There are too many! I have pregnancy brain and I can't pay attention long enough to remember them all!" It's so nice having people you look forward to sharing with

When it comes time to do board superlatives, you by far, should be nominated for best screen name!

Thank you! That actually means a lot to me. I always try to do my best when writing anything in English, but often feel like I'm unable to really get my thoughts across. I do feel pride in my ability to hold conversations in another language though, and it feels great to have that recognised.

This is so awesome! Thanks @SweetnSassy23 !

I was really hesitant to get involved with a group like this on the internet, but I don't have much in the way of family and friends nearby and none of them are pregnant, so I decided to check out this month group so that I don't annoy the friends I do have near with incessant baby talk. Overwhelmingly, everyone has been so awesome, diplomatic in response, encouraging, and informative. In a word, I think all of the October ladies are fantastic, and I am really enjoying being a part of the group.

Apparently my inability to remember names has transferred to the internet, but the people that I always look forward to seeing on different topics because I so consistently love their insight are @LiveNLove44 , @BrooklynBroussard , and @elmann1 .

But really thank you everybody for keeping this such a great and supportive group, even when we don't all agree.

YES!! This is a GREAT list of ladies! We're very lucky to have such a great board. I'm constantly checkin-in while I'm at work to see how everyone is doing. I'm pretty sure I'm not here more than Facebook at the moment LOL and when work is busy it makes me cranky that I can't check! you gals are all very wonderful on here. I'm sorry other women don't have these kind of interactions on their births month boards!

I'm honored to be included in the list of awesome/supportive bumpies!

I have to agree with PP's that @SweetnSassy23, @LiveNLove44 and @BrooklynBroussard are supportive and diplomatic, and @nsaid4u and @komorebi are quick to offer helpful advice.

I have a great deal of respect for people who can disagree without coming across as insulting and who can engage in debate without resorting to drama. Thanks to all the ladies who keep our discussions lively yet respectful.

Thank you ladies, and @sweetnsassy23 for the great boost today! I had "one of those days" and I'm just getting home, late might I add, with DD who is over-hungry and really tired (so is this mama). This is such an awesome way to flip my switch into a better mood

I was a bit nervous at the outset because you never know how the board is going to react to different topics, but I have been consistently impressed with the thoughtful expression of opinions here.

My shout-out/rave is to all of you who clearly articulate your position without shaming other women and to those of you who value punctuation and connotation as much as I do!
