Leaking fluid or urine?

im 25w+5d pregnant. I've had a bad cough for 4 days now, and am wondering if I'm leaking urine or if my waters are leaking. My twins are 7yo, but both their waters were broken by doctors during labor, so i don't know the sensation of a rupture or leak. Can a bad coughing fit cause a rupture? I'm not gushing fluids. I have a pantiliner on, but can't tell if it's yellow or clear; and because I drink so much water anyways, my urine is usually clear and doesn't have a strong ammonia odor. I'm sure I'm just paranoid- between a placental bleed and severe hyperemesis, this baby has me so worried. Thanks mommies ❤️

When my water broke with DS, it was just a small bit of fluid, enough to wet a pad, but not soak it.
It never hurts to go to the hospital, just for peace of mind. I started working with a new coworker today who told me her water broke at 23 weeks. She went pee and then as she was washing her hands, she started leaking a lot. She tried to pee again, but her bladder muscles weren't controlling the flow of fluid. She went to the hospital and ended up stayed there for two and a half months till she made it to 32 weeks.
