karma water and activate water... safe ?

Hi all,
I'm a big fan of vitamin water specifically Karma and Activate (the ones with the powder in the top you twist to add to drink) I know they don't do much but they're really tasty.
I came home with a couple today and my husband said he had read somewhere that it was bad for pregnant women because it has to many vitamins and minerals. I looked online but there was nothing about that specific drink.
Is it safe to drink while pregnant?

Just to add to my post. There is no sugar, caffeine and it's all just vitamins and minerals
