Nipple munchin dog

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE for the love of God empathize with how weird my dog is being?! I cannot get him to leave my nipples alone!!! He is obsessed with trying to get them and bite them and I feel like I'm being molested and I'm disgusted!!! I'm smacking him on the butt, but it doesn't make him stop. And he started humping me and he's been fixed for a while.

    I know some animals behave oddly around pregnant women, but I have never heard this. Just make him stay off wherever you are, whether it be the bed or couch, or just get up, walm away, and ignore him to help curb the behavior.

    Lol y'all are horrible! 
    @botanicalbliss I will seriously just be laying on the couch and he will come lay his head on my stomach and then realize that I'm not wearing a bra (because who wants to wear a bra at home that hardly fits and makes your boobs hurt? not me) and will literally just go bite my nipple. I have no idea how he finds it, or why he's obsessed with it.
