  Are the cramps on the lower sides of your stomach? If so that sounds like round ligament pain which is the ligaments that support the baby stretching a bit. Totally normal.

  Yes that's what it is then I can be perfectly fine and I have lower stomach cramps Then they will go away

  I get these side cramps too. I read that drinking water helps; I'm trying to drink more water.
