Rash on baby's face

hi moms! FTM here... I am pumping and feeding my 2 1/2 week daughter. We have been giving her one 4 oz bottle of formula at her midnight feeding to make her fuller longer because I couldn't keep up with my milk supply. She has this crazy rash on her face. I don't know if this is a formula allergy or just baby acne. I called my peds doc today and she said to come in on Wednesday if the rash doesn't clear up. Does anyone have any similar situations or advice on treatment?! See pic attached of rash...

We had same prob ... Doc said it was baby acne .. Also I think we were bundling him too much and the heat was making it worse . It has gotten way better !!!

Washing with Johnsons Baby Soap and water twice a day was all it took to make my LO's baby acne better. Not completely gone but way better

My doc said its a heat rash

My dr said baby acne - wash once a day with gentle soap, and if any pimples get really nasty, use a small amount of antibiotic ointment.
