Twin Type (Identical/Fraternal/etc): fraternal girls
Symptoms: back pain, major pressure from the twins getting so big in there, headaches, dizziness, swelling
Appointment AW: Nothing since last week. But I am super excited for tomorrow. I'll be 38w2d and having my scheduled c-section. I have one breech and one transverse baby. I'm so excited to meet my bundles of joy.
Questions/Comments/Complaints/Concerns: Just worried about handling newborn twins with a toddler. I know we'll get in a routine, but is just scary thinking about it.
GTKY: You find a genie in a lamp! What 3 wishes do you make? 1. I wish for health for my family. No major illnesses, just want everyone to be healthy. 2. I wish for enough for my family. I don't want my children to grow up getting everything handed to them. I want them to learn how to do things for themselves. However, I want them to have enough of everything so they don't have to struggle like we have. Enough education to get a good job, enough money not to live paycheck to paycheck, enough love to make them happy. I know it sounds funny, but just enough of everything to live a great life. 3. I wish to win the lottery. We need a bigger house, new vehicles, and I'd love to set up college funds for all 3 kids. Make it so they don't struggle like we did.
I'm freaking out! I had a planned c section for next Thursday at 38 weeks. At my appointment today, my bp was high (5 times) so they've moved the c section to this Thursday. Aaahhh, 1 week should make no difference, but I wasn't expecting it. I'm so nervous! Less than 2 days!
I'm sorry, I'm too lazy to fill the whole thing out! I'm still here, still preggo. These girls are not interested in coming out. 37 weeks today and hopefully one week max until Doc induces!'
Still here and holding on strong!! 37w2d, c-section on Friday this week if they haven't come by then! Babies are still both breech and getting way too cozy up in my ribs. Never imagined we would actually make it this long, but so glad we did. Good luck ladies, home stretch!! And then the real work begins. Congrats to those who gave been able to finally meet their babies!
Sorry, normally I do the twin mom posts but our babes arrived a week ago so I've had my hands full. So glad to hear the moms that are still pregnant are more grateful than miserable! I'll be honest, I hit a wall at week 36 & when I went into labor at 36 +2 I was so relieved. Our baby boy wasn't as ready for the world as his sister was & part of us wishes my pregnancy would've lasted a little longer.
You're amazing mamas! Looking forward to more twin mama birth announcements!
