Symptoms? Cautious optimism

Rants/raves? I got a sunburn this weekend! Never thought it could happen with all the rain we have had but yay sun!!

Gtky: who's your favorite super hero and why? Honestly don't know much about any superheroes so I'll go with superman, flying is pretty awesome!!

Not switching weeks today, but I'll still play!

EDD/What week are you on? 4 weeks, 2 days, EDD 2/6/16

Symptoms? Terrible backache on the right side over the weekend that seems to be resolving thankfully, nausea (that starts the second I wake up), really sore boobs, fatigue...

Rants/raves? I still have 4 weeks until my first ultrasound. Torture.

Gtky: who's your favorite super hero and why? Funny timing--just saw Avengers over the weekend. Big fan of that team, Iron Man in particular. Tony Stark is a genius and he's hilarious.

Yes

if you are at the first day of a new week, you participate in that day's ticker thread! So mine will be Thursdays since that's the day I change weeks. Basically use the same format and just change the GTKY question.

I figured since we don't have too many members yet we would have a few extra posts besides the ones actually changing. I think it will be more important to follow the rules in a week or so.

Hey hey, my ticker changed today!

EDD/What week are you on? Week 5
Symptoms? Insane dreams, and I think I'm having some boob soreness but I'm also breastfeeding my toddler so it's hard to say what's due to pregnancy, because it could be related to BFing.
Rants/raves? Man I can never think of anything... let's see...
Rant: I'm already tired of seeing news about Kim K's pregnancy. WHO CARES. It's all over FB and I wish I could hide every little piece of info about them.
Rave: I LOVE ICE CREAM. That counts as a rave, right?

Gtky: who's your favorite super hero and why? I love the X-men! Why? I don't know, they're just awesome. And I like that they're rejects but still do awesome things for their world.

EDD/What week are you on? 2/5/16: I'm 4 weeks 3 days (so I'm in my fifth week- lol the bump and fertility friend track things slightly differently!)

Symptoms? Sore boobs, fatigue.

Rants/raves? So far I'm feeling good and grateful to be without nausea so far!!

Black widow bc she is a kick ass lady!! She is cunning, smart, strong, and just all around amazing.

For those changing weeks today...

EDD/What week are you on? 2/1/15 & week 5 today

Symptoms? Still just bloating, but I keep groping myself to see if my boobs are sore. (So far, no.) Spotting has stopped, but stomach felt a little sour this morning and I had heartburn. But... I get heartburn a lot anyway, and not sure the stomach issue was real...

Rants/raves? I'm irritated with my work. My boss's last day was over a week ago, but no one has bothered to meet with me to tell me who my interim boss is. I could assume it's my old boss's boss, but if they're not going to tell me, then I'm going to take that as I don't have a boss. Hopefully they figure their shit out by the time I need to tell someone I'm pregnant.

Gtky: who's your favorite super hero and why?

I like Thor. Because he's hot. For super powers, though, maybe Spider Man?

EDD/What week are you on? EDD: 2/1/16, Starting week 5

Symptoms? They seem to come and go...this morning my boobs were soo sore, but now they're tolerable, face is breaking out, some fatigue, maybe some nausea? I threw up in my mouth a little this morning (ew), and it just seemed so sudden... I'm actually wishing I had some more symptoms at this point just to give me some reassurance that yes, I am still pregnant.

Rants/raves? @jennymack79 I am totally in the same spot with you as far as my boss leaving. I feel like everyone is trying to figure out who my supervisor now is, so I'm just sort of in a state of limbo.... oh well. Rant: I feel like dh is not being as excited as I want him to be. I get it- we had a loss pretty early in my last pregnancy, so I'm sure it's just him being cautious....it's just that I haven't told anyone yet and I feel like I need someone to help me be excited and optimistic!! For this reason, I spend a lot of time on the board here with you ladies.

Gtky: who's your favorite super hero and why? I would say character-wise, I really like Iron Man - I guess because Tony Stark is kind of a bad-ass and he does what he wants. I will say, however, that I do enjoy looking at James McAvoy playing the younger version of Charles Xavier in some of the X-Men movies.
