Twins!!!

We need help with names now that we are having twins! We had already picked out a boy and girls name but now need 2 of each just in case. So far we have :
Boys: Thomas & Antonio
Girls: Emilia & ????
We need a name that is easily pronounced in Spanish as well as English, and sounds pretty in both

    Love the Isabel suggestion. Emilia and Isabel are an adorable combo! Thomas is just okay to me (I do like how it sounds in Spanish though). I think Antonio is stronger and a little more interesting.
