Soo when you ladies get that BFP what food are you going to miss the most? I've been on a serious sushi kick lately and thought it would be fun to see everyone's answers....also I love food soooo.. )
You just shouldn't eat sushi from fish with high levels of mercury. Asian/Japanese women do not typically stop eating sushi/raw fish during any portion of their pregnancies.

Aren't soft cheeses like brie and feta on the "no" list? I love me some soft cheese! Also, not having a glass of wine after a long day will take some getting used to...
Me: 31; DH: 31 NTNP: May 2015 TTC #1: late August 2015 PCOS Dx: January 2016, starting Femara Feb 2016 BFP: 2/29/16 - Happy Leap Day!
I think cheeses are fine as long as they are pasteurized, regardless of texture.

You'll be hard pressed to find unpasteurized cheese on the shelf at your local food chain supermarket.
Eat all the cheese*

Coffee (yes I know you can still drink coffee but the amount of caffeine I consume on a daily basis is obnoxious).
Raw tuna sushi or rare tuna steaks... I have a very reputable sushi place near me so I plan on continuing to eat sushi but my fave is tuna and I will be cutting that out bc of the mercury.
Most of all beer. My husband and I are big craft beer connoisseurs and we go to Epcot and drink 'around the world' all the time. He's even said he'll miss his favorite drinking buddy.

Mac and cheese! And it's not that you're not supposed to eat it, it's that it... Well it slows things down which can get very uncomfortable to put it gently
I want to try to at least eat clean...key word there being try!
I like to think that I'd eat clean, but who am I kidding? I can't keep my cravings under control before getting KU, I don't know how I think that will get better with ragey hormones.
Yeah, my dr says to heat it until it's steaming if you want to eat lunch meat. They are worried about listeria. I know there are plenty of ladies who don't believe in this, but I chose to listen to my dr.
Doctor never said not to eat ice cream. Never said not to eat cantaloupe either & it apparently is a big listeria offender.
Right?! Idk, the whole list is annoying and doesn't fully make sense. I was just super paranoid about doing something wrong, and of course, it didn't matter anyway. I learned that cars are more dangerous than food so take your risks where you feel comfortable.
