I have been semi active on this site since 6 weeks and am now 12. There have been a lot of highs and lows, over opinionated people, rude people and just plain silly people. But I just wanted to remind everyone we are all on the same journey and will all experience it differently.
Some of you may have a bump already, some of you may not.
Some of you may think you feel you baby moving, some of you may not.
Some of you may have spotting, cramping or other symptoms and some of you may not.
We all need to remember our bodies are different and not going to act the same. We need to stop being negative and understand the difference between negative and difference of opinion.
If we feel the question is iffy and may cause drama maybe re-think about posting it. If you don't want everyone's opinion( which will all be different) you should re-think about the posting.
We need to respect each other and enjoy this time, some of us have been waiting for it our entire lives.
Let's all try and get along and create an enjoyable environment to log onto and read about.
Thanks! Congrats mommas!
Re: A Post for Everyone
Because if you post something, be prepared for a multitude of opinions.
I've said this maybe 10x before.
It's not always puppies and rainbows. Yes, I agree it's important to be excited together, sad together and experience this fun, scary, hard thing called pregnancy together. But it's also a place where people are going to post their opinions. And just because it's not what one may want to hear, doesn't mean it's negative.
There was a post today where a mama asked for responses, but when it wasn't going 1 way, people get their panties in a wad. I for 1 was trying to be helpful and base my opinion on science.
Drama is only started when people take it that way, which you have also stated ^.
So like you said, let's enjoy each other and have a little fun. Stick around, post and respond more, get to know some other women who are going through similar things.
