TTC since April 2013 DH 42 y/o I'm 30 Dh had vasectomy reversal Feb 2013 after 3 months developed scar tissue
First Re appt was September 2013 OOP for everything minus meds
DH's TESE surgery December 2013
First cycle was February 2014 BFN none to freeze
Second cycle was April 2014 BFP ending in Chemical Pregnancy none to freeze
Third cycle June 2014 BFN none to freez
Fourth cycle October 30th 28 retrieved, 13 mature and 12 fertilized
PICSI, assisted hatching and fresh sperm from my DH's TESE surgery used
5 FROZEN from a freeze all cycle!
FET completed on DECEMBER 9TH!!!

First Scan January 5th! Everything looks great! Heart rate of 121!
Second Scan January 20th. Baby Justone13 looks amazing. Heart rate of 175!

I will being going to a Maternal FM doctor tomorrow do get another heart ultrasound. Baby wasn't cooperating last time. Apparently the specialty heart ultrasound is needed because I did IVF.
I'm hoping to do maternity and newborn photos.
26w6d with the twins. Work has been crazy stressful, and we moved last weekend, so I'm over the top overwhelmed. I've been on my feet way too much and they look like stuffed sausages right now
QOTW- I did maternity shots, but I'm not super happy with them. They were free, so I can't complain. I had to do some editing to make a few of them decent. This is the only one I'm really happy with. I'm going to have our wedding photographer take some too.

Me- 35, mild hypothyroidism
DH- 29, low count due to a chromosomal abnormality, only option is IVF/ICSI with PGD.
Married 5/13
TTC since 8/13
IVF/ICSI #1 ER 9/14 - 14R, 6M, 6F, 5 blasts off to PGD- 1 normal female, 2 balanced males
FET 12/8 of 2 frosties - 1 male/1 female - stick babies stick!
Beta #1 10dp5dt 444! Beta #2 14dp5dt 2,340! U/S 1/5-- TWINS!!! EDD 8/26/15

10/11: after 2 years, saw a RE, FSH 5.4
11/11: BFP! (surprise after thyroid & normal hsg),
12/11: missed m/c after 7 week u/s, 1/12: D&C
6/12 IUI#1-IUI #3: clomid = BFP!, C/P
IVF #1(10/12) FSH 5.4, AFC: 16 long Lupron, 5R/5M/4F, all 4 made it to 5dt, 1 blast/1-8 cell transferred=BFN
IVF #2(12/12)AFC 21, MD lupron, 4R/4M/3F, 5dt of 1 blast and 2-8cell. BFN.
IVF#3(4/13) Natural start antagon protocol, 12R,11F. one PGS normal at day 6 transfer. BFN.
IVF#4 (11/13) C.CRM (ODW.U normal 8/13 Still no Diagnosis) EPP/antagonist. ER 13R/7M/6F. Only 1 made it to freeze. Abnormal. Looking into options of DE, Fresh vs frozen.
10/14 new local RE to look into what's next. CD3 FSH 4.7, AMH 0.9. Met with DE agencies and exploring options for feb/march 2015.
Surprise natural bfp (4 days before donor is signed). Beta #1 at 9dpo: 51.8, 2nd beta: 195 (25 hours doubling) @11dpo. 3rd beta (12/15): 516 (35 hrs doubling) 4th beta(12/17): 895 (58 hours doubling) 5th beta(12/19): 2120. U/S at 5w0d(12/22): one gestational sac with yolk sac. U/S #2 (6w0d)12/29. One little bean measuring 6w0d with HR 124. 3rd u/s(1/4)7w0d: baby measuring 7w2d. HR 134. 3/30: A/S at MFM went great except for low lying placenta. Verifi results are normal! Team Blue! Please send any positive thoughts our way! EDD:8/24/2015
Baby Will born 8/18. He's perfect.
I am 26 weeks and 6 days today. My sweet girl is always kicking and moving. I think that is the best feeling ever! We should be getting our nursery furniture any day now. I am excited to get it in the nursery. My glucose test is Monday and then next weekend we are heading to the beach for a week.
QOTW: I plan on doing maternity and newborn pics. I did them with my son and I love having them.

January 2010 SA results: Count 16 million, Motility 40%, Morphology 2%
January 2010- Surprise BFP! DS born 10/1/2010
January 2013 TTC #2
September 2013 Repeat SA: Count= 1.7 million, Motility= 24%, Morphology= 2%
November 6th 1st Appointment with RE: diagnosed with severe MFI
Testing to try to determine a cause & possible treatment for MFI
CD 3 blood work for me. RE does not want to repeat my HSG/lap at this point,
but may want to before moving forward with any fertility treatments.
After seeing the uro, DH is currently taking lots of supplements and clomid to try to boost his count. We will have a repeat SA in February to see if it works.
Follow up SA numbers are: Count= 4 million, Motility= 40%, Morphology= 1%
Uro wants us to have another follow up SA 5/9 to see if we see further improvement than we are back to the RE to make a game plan.
SA 5/9/2014 Count: 12 Million, Motility: 60%, and Morphology 2%. We will be doing iui #1 in late June
IUI #1 6/28 clomid + ovidrel, post wash count 3 million total sperm= BFN
IUI # 2 7/21 clomid+ ovidrel. post wash count 900,000 total sperm= BFN
IVF planned for early November- cancelled due to cyst
December IVF #1- 22 eggs, 20 mature,16 fertilized
12/9 Transferred 1 4AA Blast, 6 frosties

I'll definitely be getting newborn pictures taken so I can send out birth announcement. Since the baby will be born around the beginning of fall, I think a fall theme would be cute. Pumpkins, Leaves etc.
No major updates for me this week. Waiting (impatiently) for my 20 week ultrasound to find out the gender. We are set to go in on 6/24.
I THINK I felt my first movement sitting in traffic late last week. Felt like bubble
popping and poking me at the same time.
QOTW: I am not a picture person, but my Mom and H want me to have maternity pics. I may cave and actually do it. We will definitely have pics of the kid taken when s/he arrives.
I'm on preterm labor precautions (aka "take it easy" orders but not true bedrest except for 4 days before my scan). We will discuss 17-P injections at my appointment on 6/2.
QOTW: we want to get family pictures done this summer or early fall, and then again after Amelia is born.
