  Our pediatrician said it's ok as long as there isn't any sign of sores in or around the mouth. If the toungue is just white that's ok ...

  My baby was the same I thought nothing of it until she had her 6-8 week check up, Dr prescriped nystatin oral drops for thrush, she had no sores or no trouble feeding, I'm not sure if they are available without prescription, my advice would be to see your Dr. If you can't clean it off its thrush, good luck
