Traveling pain early in Pregnancy

Hello Momma's!
I am 4w 5d pregnant, very early I know. A couple nights ago I noticed a pain in my lower back, on the right side,near my kidney area. The pain isn't sharp, but it's consistent. After awhile the pain moved to the other side, and while I was sleeping on my tummy the pain moved to my quads, or of I laid on one side the pain would move down that leg. Needless to say I was tossing and turning all night!
Has anyone experienced anything like this or know what might be causing it? I'm terrified that this could possibly be an early sign of miscarriage.

    If it moved like that it makes me think of your spine/nerves. Are you having or have you had sciatica issues?

    That could be it!!! Is that common in Pregnancy? In my first pregnancy i don't remember having that pain..

    Sciatica getting aggravated or starting does happen in pregnancy. I when I got bigger in my first I started having some sciatica and did some stretches to relieve it. I wouldn't dismiss it.
