any veteran mama's ever use protein shakes as a meal during pregnancy?
Although I haven't been recently, I usually prepare a shake for lunch using fruits, a plant-based protein, and a super green powder. It provides lots of vitamins and minerals and a good amount of protein also!
I'm just trying to double check that this would be PG with all the new food restrictions that I am vaguely aware of at this point ...
Any help or opinion or experience please
