1. How far along are you? What is your EDD? What size is baby?

34 weeks tomorrow ... WOW! LO is due July 11. Baby is a durian fruit, whatever that means. Doc says she's average size.

Three kitties, two of which are gonna have their worlds rocked when we move them into the new house in a few days.
4. How are you feeling? Any recommendations for dealing with MS, aches, pains, etc?
Pretty good, though I am tired today. Woke up to pee at 4:30 and just never could fall back asleep. Spent most of the day moving stuff into the new house. (The fiance is at Comicon in Phoenix this weekend.) Wish I could do more, but obviously I'm limited.
5. Upcoming appointments or milestones? Rants or raves?
Had an appointment today. The nurses said I was her hero for having a baby at 43. (I really like these people, lol.) Doc brought up possible induction if there are issues because of my age. (I start the weekly NSTs in two weeks.) He didn't sound like he wanted me to go til 40 weeks, which I am okay with. Definitely wants me to get to 37 though.

Doc also mentioned that there was a note in my file from another doc in my practice that said I have a tight pelvis. Hmmm. Hadn't heard that one before. Anyway, he threw out the possiblity of me having a C-section because of it; but, he was quick to say that it's not an absolute. So, yeah. Talks about induction and C-sections. Freaked me out a little bit. Was happy that he told me though, I guess.

I love Christmas and have fond memories from when I was young. This year my parents will be visiting fus rom Florida, and I believe my brother will be in from Jersey. So, it will be the first Christmas in almost 10 years that all of us have been together. I'm excited.

Fiance and I also love Halloween. Can't wait to dress up our little Chloe!

@jerseygirl227 - did you ever get connected with a mom's group? Moving has to frustrating, feeling like you can't contribute like normal.

Feeling great, just awkward and not very mobile

Blood pressure was high this week. That, plus my AMA has m/w really pushing for an induction next week. Wasn't too thrilled about, but at least agreed to a sweep on Monday, if bp is still elevated.

QOTW: What's your favorite holiday? Which holiday are you looking forward to sharing with your new LO?

Easter is what first comes to mind. Growing up in the NW, Easter was the time of year we could start going outside after the long winter. And I've always loved all the spring flowers and babies being born.

Oh, oh, can I add a rave that I went camping last weekend! Just a quick one-night trip, but I wanted DH to something a little fun for his b-day, after spending a day rearranging nursery furniture. But it was SO nice to get out of the house and get some fresh air.

Mild nausea, occasional cramps, backache, sore boobs and extreme fatigue right now.

1st appointment is Monday, 1st of June.

Halloween has always been my favourite holiday, but I live in the UK now. It's not really celebrated here.

37+2 according to the bump. I tend to count my weeks starting on Monday, so I count tomorrow aw beginning week 38. Size of a winter melon (a winter melon?). Due June 18

2 kitties, one of which has been quality assurance testing all the baby gear to make sure its safe

4. How are you feeling? Any recommendations for dealing with MS, aches, pains, etc?
Tired and having lots of pressure in my pelvic bone. I tend to start the day out feeling OK then as the day goes on I go downhill

5. Upcoming appointments or milestones? Rants or raves?
I'm going weekly, I just went yesterday and go again on Thursday. Not much going on, BP good and doing cervical checks
Rave - GBS negative

Halloween! I love Halloween every year. Hooray, a Halloween buddy!

@jerseygirl227 I feel ya! I'm only 10 weeks but totally useless due to MS ... We're moving and getting a house ready for rent ... DH has spent the last 3 nights there alone to patch & paint etc. It's frustrating

4. Rough few weeks. Feeling very useless with MS & exhaustion. I'm the unlucky group that gets MS about 23 of 24 hours a day. Weirdly there seems to be this magic hour in the evening where I feel ok. And I had an entire day this week that I felt good ... It was amazing! But it came right back the next day. I have been trying to figure out if I did something different ... I did have eggs & toast w/ peanut butter and usually just have cereal ... So tomorrow eggs & toast! I'll try anything!

5. First appt this week. Originally had one scheduled a couple weeks back but my DS got a casting call so I rescheduled

it was his first one so I thought I was warranted

. Hoping to get a cell free DNA test ordered @ the appt.

6. Love, love, love the Christmas season. But like others of you I really Halloween too.

PS @Momona1 your an Appleseed at week 5! The Bump has a silly little chart that will tell you the 'size' your baby is supposed to be in relation to a piece of fruit (or fruit seed in your case!). You probably already know this!!

@mellymar - Funny you mention counting your weeks on Monday. I've been so thankful that my weeks actually do start on Monday, because the slightly OCD side of me just couldn't mentally wrap my head around a Friday "week" change!

39 wks 3 days. Due Wednesday.

2yr old DD. 6 yr old DS. One dog.

I feel a little better since being taken off work last week. My leg pain is enjoying the break. I think my work chair must have been contributing! It still hurts a lot but it seems to be better now that I can rest. But very very ready to have a baby!!

Monday is my next appt. please please let there be progress!!! I was at 1cm 50% effaced last Wed. He said if my cervix progresses more than he will kick start things. Im just praying it progresses!!

Hmm. I am a holiday person but for some reason I love Halloween. I don't know why. I always have. That's probably my favorite. Christmas is second for sure.

Is it ok if I rant about the fact that this baby is moving around like CRAZY, but still doesn't seem to want to drop down? I just wish with all this motion some of it was moving in the direction of my cervix rather than my boobs.

Christmas, for sure. I will be very excited to have Christmas with my family this year (DH and I alternate years with his family and mine), although I'm not quite sure how this whole flying with an infant thing will go. I suppose we've got oodles of time to figure that one out.

4. How are you feeling? Any recommendations for dealing with MS, aches, pains, etc? Feeling good, heartburn and some general discomfort, blood pressure has been great.

5. Upcoming appointments or milestones? Rants or raves? GD testing coming up, next appt isn't until end of June, went last week and everything looks great! We moved this weekend, definately happy we have a great deal more space, however I'm SO sore, it's like i ran a marathon! Definitely overdid it!

QOTW: What's your favorite holiday? Which holiday are you looking forward to sharing with your new LO? Hmm, I love Halloween, I pretty much like every Holiday though lol. A little worried I won't have time to get a costume togehter for DS this year

Yeah, the bump has me transitioning weeks on Thursdays. I get they are trying to line it up with my EDD - the 18th is a Thursday - but who starts a week on a Thursday?

I'm feeling pretty good, just heartburn and some constipation. I have to say acupuncture has helped me with any MS and other symptoms.

I'm supposed to have an amnio tomorrow. But we've decided against it. It's not going to change how we proceed with this pregnancy so we'd rather not take any unnecessary risks.

My favorite holiday is Christmas so I'm so excited to have our little guy here to celebrate with this year.

Ugh, I have had this cold/allergy thing for the past three weeks. The Dr gave me a provisional anitbiotic prescription a couple weeks ago for a just in case. Well now my whole body hurts and sinus pressure is building, so I will be filling the script today. My headaches have cycled in after not having them for 4 years. The doctor changed my diagnosis from migraines to migraine/cluster headache variant. Great. After two weeks it seems this episode is winding down so FX it moves out.

June 11 is my A/S and June 16 is my 20 week appointment....WHOA!!! About half way through. Rave: I am loving feeling little man move more and more.

My Favorite has always been Thanksgiving. All that yummy food and left overs for days....and little man is due right before Turkey day so it works out great.

Found a meet up group, but haven't gotten to an event yet. It's a moms/preggos over 35 group. Sound fun. Lots of activities are either happy hours (which aren't really appropriate for me right now) or daytime kids activities (which I couldn't get to because of work). There is a $15 fee per year to join. I think I will join after LO gets here.

Based on O, I'm 7 wks 5 days and EDD is 1/14/16. I have an U/S tomorrow to confirm dating since my LMP puts me at over 9 wks. Baby is the size of a blueberry this week!

DS -16, SD - 15, and DD - 18 mos.

4. How are you feeling? Any recommendations for dealing with MS, aches, pains, etc?

The morning sickness is starting to get to me. Yesterday I had to leave work it was so bad, and then just dry heaving. Why can't I just puke like a normal pregnant woman? The dry heaving hurts! Also, bloating, exhaustion, constipation. I really cannot wait for he 2nd trimester!

U/S tomorrow, plus if everything is well we will schedule Panorama and NT screening.
