430 am here... I've been up 5-6 times since going to bed at 11 with intense BH (I think). I'm supposed to go to my internship at 9 but I think I'm going to text my supervisor and let her know that I think I've reached the point where I need to stop coming in. Last night every time I stood up or leaned forward I'd have a contraction. Probably going to end up calling this in at some point today, I just don't want to if this is just normal end-of-third-trimester aches and pains.
320am up here in YEG and I've officially joined the insomnia club. I've never had a problem sleeping before (just staying asleep, damn pee breaks) so I guess I should consider myself lucky I've gotten away with it so far.
Just woke up in the middle of the night with a stomach ache. Went to the bathroom and had diarrhea. I'm now I'm bed and I cannot stop shaking and I still feel sick. I'm seriously shaking uncontrollably over here and I can't figure out why. My due date is tomorrow. I'm thinking about calling the doctor, but I'm not having any contractions so I don't know what they would tell me.

FTM but my suggestion would be to see if you can get in the tub, and also try to drink some water. Hang in there, and hope you feel better soon (or things move)!!
Your positive your not contracting? Good advice to chug some water. Shaking can be your bodies response to your natural oxytocin/pitocin levels. Don't play around if your mothers intuition tells you otherwise. Call that doctor if it gets worse. @aliciac2008
I am also on the insomnia train... Been up since about 3:45. I ran out of my unisom sleep tabs last night, but those usually help me to fall asleep easily and stay asleep until at least 7 am- thankfully my doctor said they are totally safe and to take as needed, they have been a life saver!
Otherwise just feeling everything typical in the form of aches and pains. Having two baby heads low (per my US Thursday) is really causing unbelievable pressure and sharp shooting pains!
Hope everyone who's been up so early gets an amazing and well deserved Saturday afternoon nap (with fingers crossed napping is possible at this point!)

FET #1 October 2014 - Transferred two 5-day blasts: BFP!!
Absolutely could not get comfortable last night, should've just stayed on the couch when I fell asleep there. DH snored all night and kept waking me up. Finally at 6:54 I woke up to pee and my lower back, hips, and legs were hurting so bad I couldn't stand to lay back down. Decided to take a bath and it's not helping at all. DH just snoozes away.
Insomnia train here too its 4:52am. I keep waking up with anxiety about having a baby like crap I'm not ready to be ripped apart down there. My awesome doggie came in and now is snoring peacefully on the bed. Luckily dh slept in the other room because of my snoring so he is all good. I already went and took a bath at 2am when I got some nasty bh contractions that raspberry tea for sure works. Now I'm just chilling debating on watching netflix or doing laundry. I've also had diarrhea the last week. And while baby had moved down it now feels like she trying to get back up, wrong direction little one. Glad I don't have any plans for tomorrow..
I also threw up last night! No fun haven't puked since first trimester! Went to bed for the first time last night with slightly swollen ankles and feet but they look normal this morning. My last day of work is Monday and induction day is Wednesday and I think my body is starting to tell me to slow down! Going on a date night with hubs tonight to dinner and to the movies, crazy to think this is our last weekend together alone!!!! Have a great weekend ladies!
So after reading daily symptoms, I always feel horrible that I end up sleeping really well. I get up to pee 2-3 times per night now (37w), & am super uncomfortable, but I think teaching until summer starts has wore me out so I pass out. Ankles are swelling pretty crazy & going down at night & heartburn comes & goes (hair for bows?!?). I've been having random BH which are SO FUN (hahahahah)! I've had some anxiety too because doc said I COULD induce a week early bc my cervix is favorable & it would keep me from having to take 1-2 weeks of unpaid leave in the fall when school starts back. Friends have told me good & bad about inducing... EEK. Need to decide by Monday! DH is all for it.
Also, I LOVEEEEE that we get daily symptoms like @ngaines27 It's time!! Go girl!
@karaelaine1991 - Don't feel bad. Today was supposed to be my last day of work before I started maternity leave buttttt I called in this morning and decided to start early. I just couldn't deal today and I'm only 38w4d.

Lower back pain, pelvic pain, crampy and holy WHINY. I am SOOOOO sick of these heparin shots twice a day. Yuck.
Yeah, I ended up calling in... contractions are still coming about every 10 minutes and they're taking my breath away while they last so I definitely think I made a good decision. I told my mom about it and she said that when she was pregnant she'd get them like this for days at a time and would always end up just having to get an induction, so I'm preparing myself for the possibility of just having contractions every 10 minutes for the next two weeks, but hopefully that won't be the case!
Thanks ladies. I was up for about awhile last night but then I started feeling better about an hour after I posted this. I drank some water which I think helped a lot. I think I might have just been having a panic attack because I feel perfectly fine now. Thanks for the heads up about oxtocin/pitocin. I hadn't even thought about that as a possibility and will definitely keep it in mind.
@ngaines27 is in labor!! Woot woot! You go get 'em, girl!
And from the rest of this board it sounds like ALL of you ladies are going to be in labor soon!
Man. I feel bad saying I'm sore and having Virginia pressure, and tired... But I'm otherwise OK. No tummy troubles. Forced myself to sleep late (I actually woke up real early like normal but WOULD NOT ALLOW myself to pick up my phone or book, rolled over and laid there and eventually fell back asleep). I always start the day pretty good, tho, and then fall steeply downhill as afternoon and evening come on. Sorry, y'all :-??
I had a random episode of vomiting last night. While my face was in the toilet I felt fluid leak. I immediately freaked out & thought my water broke. Turns out I passed a piece of my mucus plug. I felt the same fluid leak this morning & it was my mucus plug again.
Just to verify it tho, I'm going to start a thread & add pics so you guys can confirm that's what it was. I'd really like some opinions.
Oh yeah. @dancegurl1118 TOTALLY jealous of your Popeye's chicken. I would consider the potential for GI distress a fair bargain, NOBODY has good fried chicken up here. KFC is tiny beside the might that is Popeye's, but would still be better than what is on offer here. And we don't even *have* a KFC. Mmm, fried chicken
I have extreme exhaustion right now ... Please tell me my body is getting ready... This heart burn is going to take me down...
Yeah, me too. I went to a street fair for 3 hours today and definitely crossed a threshold. I'm completed wiped. And I spent 4 hours at the botanical garden last week, so thought this would be fine today.
We are June 5 due date twins, right?! I think something has shifted in this last week... And speaking of shift - every joint in my body is cracking. Relaxin is no joke!!
Update on my contractions in case anyone was wondering - still pretty uncomfortable and lasting about a minute each, but I only had two in the last hour, so I think today was just a lovely little warm up. Today was manageable, but if I was this uncomfortable during the warm up, I think I'm probably going to end up with an epidural for the real thing!
Re: Weekend symptoms!
Good luck @ngaines27 !!!
@karaelaine1991 - 3 days from EDD, you are SO allowed to call in. And I'm a judgmental workaholic.
Noticeable symptom lately: one giant, random hiccup here and there throughout the day.
Good advice to chug some water.

@aliciac2008 hope you feel better! If not, I'd call the doctor for sure!
No new symptoms here. Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend!

2nd round exp 8/20/18.
3 more weeks of this giant baby killing my insides. Don't get me wrong... I love him.

Just kidding )
Isn't it absolutely fascinating that the body just goes into labor? Like...that it just starts? Our bodies are amazing.
