Stomach tenderness

anyone else have a weird feeling in your stomach? Like where your stomach actually is? I am constantly nauseous so have no idea when I'm hungry or full but trying to have something small every few hours. But my stomach feels heavy and unhappy. I've also had heartburn. I'm over it all today. 2.30pm and I'm not even out of bed.
