Funny bruises on thighs.

I'm 30 weeks and 4 days. I work 40+ hrs a week and am on my feet all day in a fast paced pharmacy. My feet swell and I get Charlie horses which I'm no stranger too. But lately I've noticed in the shower that my thighs have funny purple/bluish marks that look like funny bruises. And I have a few bruises that have just popped up. Somedays they hurt and others they are just there. I don't go back to the dr for another 3 weeks so I'm at a loss of what they could be. Any advice? So im not going back in over something that could be so simple.

Im 26 weeks...i get this too. Not sure what to think.

I get them on my thighs and sits bones. Dr checked me for anemia, didn't have that, but it is a common cause
