Anyone else freak out about blood clots?

I'm a worrier.. And today while walking my knee felt funny and I had some pain behind it. Of course my mind went to the fact that I have a blood clot and will die. Ugh. I know it's rare.. But my grandmother has had one (after surgery) and I know how serious it can be (she has blood disorder called factor five). I've been tested for the disorder and I don't have it thankfully. But now I'm panicking anyways:(. Can anyone relate/help ease my mind?!

    It's crossed my mind. I'm not overly worried though- just stay well hydrated and walk around frequently.

    Agreed with above...don't stress about it as long as your somewhat active and stay hydrated you should be ok. I had to be hospitalized in my early pregnancy and they gave me compression stockings that help prevent clots so maybe you can look in to that?
