Help. Pain in stomach

im 34 w 3 d and a ftm. I am having this sharp pain in my lower stomach. They don't feel like contractions but it is very painful. This may be tmi but I had sex with my boyfriend last night so I don't know if that could cause me to be in pain today. Hurts the worst when walking but I still have it when sitting or laying down. I have never felt this before so wanted to reach out.

It doesn't sound like contractions, but any kind of pain can be a warning and you need to call.
