@31 weeks. Period like cramping normal?

I haven't had any cramping at all this pregnancy, but out of nowhere yesterday and this morning, I'm feeling period-like cramping. Is this normal?

My OB has asked me to call her if I feel anything similar to or more intense than period cramps. I would give your doctor a call to be on the safe side.

I've had them since 30 weeks. They're contractions but shouldn't be anything to worry about unless they become intense and timetable. Call your OB if you're concerned.

I started having the same thing around 3p weeks. My OB said it's just contractions and pains from baby growing. I got tests done and checked everything out and it was all fine. He said some people have these types of BH and some people don't feel theirs at all. I'm 33 weeks and still get the menstrual cramping more so when I am up being active.

Uh....this just happened to me yesterday and thankfully i had a doctor's appointment all ready scheduled. I was feeling period like cramps all day so I asked her if she could just check my cervix to be safe....i'm 3 cm dilated and my contractions were coming every 5 minutes. She sent me to labor and delivery right away and a bag of fluid is all it took to calm down my contractions. Btw Im 32 weeks. Id call your doctor to be safe. I couldnt tell a start and end to each contraction...just felt like a constant period cramp.
