cramping a lot

I'm 19 weeks and still cramping since about 7 weeks.. Has anyone else had this?

    Drink lots of water. My doctor told me thats a sign of not drinking enough water.

    Round ligament pain? I get them occasionally, but not all the time. If it's happening all the time, well, really you should check with your doc regardless, but particularly if it's happening all the time.

    Eat healthy, stay stress free, do proper exercise and go for a relaxing massage. I am sure you will find relief.

    I'm getting them also, I'm 19 weeks, my sharp pains and cramping tend to be left side of my little ladies bump? Will try and get gp appointment today but not holding my breath

    I was at the hospital last week with contractions at 23 weeks I did not feel pain but they always asked my if I was cramping because in theory contractions can feel like that too! If you feel something is not right just go to the hospital and get check ! I know understand I was having contractions for a whileeee I just did not know what it was because I'dy first !
