Pumping Ponderings

So I need to begin stocking up on breast milk. My nipples already hate me and the last time I tried to pump, I over did it. My little one does a knock up job at emptying my breast so pumping after a feeding isn't working. When should I pump without messing up my regular feedings with the baby?

    I pump about 4 hours after LO has gone to bed to get my extra bottle each day. For me that's around 11pm or I wait until I'm about to go to sleep.
