Alkaline phosphatase is produced by the placenta (as well as liver and bones) so it's normal for it to be raised in pregnancy.
Have you been told by your doctor that your alkaline phosphatase levels are high or are you looking at the regular adult reference range? Are you other liver tests raised? If your other tests are normal and your doctor isn't concerned then you have nothing to worry about. If there's anything to be worried about then your doctor needs to handle it.
