I'm almost 16 weeks and not showing. I haven't gained any weight at all. Is there something I should be worried about?

Try the search function first. There are a LOT of posts like this.
16 weeks is early for s first time mom. I was 20-22 weeks with my first before it showed.
Don't be in a hurry. It'll come and you'll be uncomfortable soon enough.

I'm 17 weeks now with my first child and I'm still not showing at all. It's normal and its okay. Every woman is different.

Everyone is different, I am tall average slender type build with all of mine have shown around this time. I have seen small short girls not show until 6-7 months. We're all different!
