Hemmroid that bled after a very active day?

Home I could barely walk, well today I took a shower and after I found a blood spot maybe the rise of a nickel in my shorts near sorry for TMI but my butt crack, I think I have a small hemmroid which doesn't bother me much but I think I may have aggravated it, has anyone had this happen? I have an appt Monday so I'll mention but don't think I need to call
Since I have no other pain besides the now mild pelvic pain and no blood when I wipe, and she is still very active! Oyyy the joys of pregnancy
